lessons from "love happens"

Sometimes, despite your best efforts otherwise, life will give you lemons. When that happens, you've got two choices: you can wear a sour face or make lemonade.
We choose and decide how to feel. When we have problems or troubles, we can choose to view it negatively or positively. No matter how hard something is, there will be a resolution. God wouldn't give us a problem without a solution. So, when you face a problem, stop feeling like everything is going wrong. Face it with an optimistic mind.

Happiness is a state of mind. Devote 5 minutes of your time to smiling daily and after a while, it will happen naturally.
Ok, I haven't tried this before but what do we lose by smiling? Whether we are happy or sad, life still goes on so why not choose to be happy? Smiling increases your face value!

Fear is a state of mind.
Don't let your fears hold you back. We gain strength, and courage, and confidence when we do that which we think we cannot. Risk must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.

Remember, when one thing ends, something else begins. You can’t move forward if you’ve got your eyes in the rear view mirror.
